Kathryn Trew and Emily Booth Present at Jefferson Bar Association Young Lawyers Division

Kathryn Trew, WKD partner, and Emily Booth, WKD associate, recently presented at the Jefferson Bar Association Young Lawyers Division’s October CLE program. They co-led a one-hour session, “Ethical Issues in Personal Injury Litigation: Plaintiff and Defense Perspectives,” along with Kurt Offner and Jennifer Kuechmann of the plaintiff firm Alvendia, Kelly & Demarest. The well-attended program featured a lively discussion about issues that come up on both sides of personal injury litigation practice.
