Peter Wanek Named Chairman of The Blood Center of Louisiana

Peter Wanek, Managing Partner, was recently chosen to serve as the chairman of the Board of Directors for The Blood Center of Louisiana.

Founded in 1960, The Blood Center is the primary supplier of blood, blood components, and plasma derivatives to local hospitals throughout South Louisiana and Southern Mississippi. The Blood Center is a non-profit, community service organization guided by a volunteer Board of Directors, comprised of community leaders and hospital representatives.

Peter stated that, “I am honored to be selected as chairman and thrilled to serve an organization doing such important, life-changing work for its community.”
