We Welcome Kathy A. Rito to WKD!

We welcome Kathy “Kat” A. Rito, Of Counsel, to WKD! Kat focuses on medical malpractice defense, trucking and transportation, professional liability defense, and construction cases. She brings a wealth of litigation experience to her practice at WKD.

Her background includes managing a New Orleans law firm’s medical and professional liability practice, as well as handling medical malpractice, commercial, and personal injury ligation defense at other New Orleans law firms. Kat also served as an adjunct professor of bioethics at Tulane University School of Law.
