We welcome Robert Peyton, Of Counsel, to WKD! Robert brings over 25 years of defense experience to the firm. He focuses on property damage claims, premises liability, insurance coverage, and general insurance defense.

Robert has led a private practice defending clients in a broad range of cases spanning workplace sexual harassment, construction disputes, and regulatory matters involving permitting at chemical production facilities. He previously served as a partner at a New Orleans law firm, where he represented clients in litigation of a range of matters.
