We Welcome Serena B. Tenison, Associate, to WKD!

We welcome Serena B. Tenison, Associate, to WKD! Serena’s practice focuses on general insurance defense, premises liability, property damage claims, and automobile, trucking, and transportation defense. She excelled as a WKD law clerk and officially joined the firm as an associate upon graduation from Tulane University Law School.

Her diverse background includes a role as a student attorney for the Tulane Immigrant Rights Clinic, interning for a United States District Court for the Western District of Louisiana judge, and successful Moot Court participation.

Serena is committed to giving back to her community. She volunteered for CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates) of Northeast Louisiana, during which time a judge placed two siblings in the safety and care of their aunt, as suggested in the report she drafted. Serena grew up in North Louisiana and received her legal education in South Louisiana, giving her a unique, broad perspective of the state and its people.
