Michael Ballero and Kathy “Kat” Rito Named Partners!

We are pleased to announce that Michael L. Ballero and Kathy “Kat” A. Rito have been named the newest WKD partners. Since joining the firm, they have each worked tirelessly to achieve favorable results for our clients.

Michael’s practice focuses on general civil litigation and automobile, trucking, and transportation defense. Kat focuses on medical malpractice defense, trucking and transportation, professional liability defense, and construction cases.
