Aisha Green et al v. Chick-fil-A

Seth Pohlmann won a Motion for Summary Judgment (MSJ) in Ouachita Parish on a slip-and-fall claim. The plaintiffs alleged that their minor son was injured when he was attempting to go into the playground area of a Chick-fil-A restaurant and allegedly slipped on a substance in the play area. The court ultimately found that the plaintiffs could not meet their burden on the issue of constructive notice. See link to MSJ.
