Seth M. Pohlmann, Associate
Seth’s practice focuses on trucking and transportation, premises liability, construction law, and general insurance defense. He excelled as a WKD summer associate in 2022 and officially joined the firm upon graduation from law school in 2023.
During law school at LSU, Seth excelled academically and graduated cum laude. He earned several scholarships and honors, including the Dean’s Scholarship and the CALI Award for Highest Grade in Torts and International Petroleum Transactions. Seth was the winner of the Ira S. Flory Mock Trial Competition in Spring 2022 and won second place in the Bayou Challenge Mock Trial Competition in Spring 2023. He gained legal experience as a law clerk for the Louisiana Workers’ Compensation Corporation and as a summer and spring associate at New Orleans and Baton Rouge law firms.
Seth is active in the legal community and is a member of organizations including the American Bar Association Young Lawyers Division and the Federal Bar Association.
