Deliah Woods v. GPS Hospitality Partners IV, LLC, et al.

Docket No. 2019-5942, WKD secured summary judgment in favor of a retail client in a case pending in the Civil District Court for the Parish of Orleans. In that case, the plaintiff claimed she sustained injury as a result of an alleged deleterious food product. The Court granted summary judgment in favor of the defendant on grounds that Plaintiff failed to present sufficient evidence to meet her burden of proving medical causation. (See link to Judgment)
