Elizabeth Baskin v. Hobby Lobby Stores, Inc., et al

Docket No. 671064, Peter Wanek and Lindsay Faulkner secured summary judgment in favor of a retail client in a case pending in the 19th Judicial District Court for the Parish of East Baton Rouge. In that case, the plaintiff claimed that she was injured when she tripped and fell on a defect in the parking lot.
