Justin Coffil v. State of Louisiana

Peter Wanek secured summary judgment in this medical malpractice case pending at Civil District Court for the Parish of Orleans. In that case, the plaintiff presented to the defendant doctors after he suffered a gunshot wound between his eyes. Plaintiff alleged that the defendant doctors committed medical malpractice in the emergency surgery performed, which ultimately saved his life.
