Wanda Trouillier v. Hobby Lobby Stores, Inc.

Docket No. 20-1588, Lindsay Faulkner secured summary judgment in favor of a retail client in a case pending before the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana. In that case, the plaintiff claimed that she was injured when she slipped and fell on an alleged substance on the ground. The Court granted summary judgment in favor of the defendant merchant, reasoning that there was no evidence that the defendant created the condition or had notice of its presence before the incident.
