Sarah Etheridge v. DG Louisiana, LLC, et al.

Trevor Davies and Michael Ballero recently obtained a defense verdict in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana. Judge Eldon E. Fallon presided over the two-day trial. After two hours of deliberation, the seven-person jury returned a unanimous verdict for WKD’s client. The plaintiff’s final demand before trial was $225,000. See link to the verdict.
