Lindsay G. Faulkner, Of Counsel
Lindsay’s practice focuses on general insurance defense, including premises and retail liability; automobile, trucking, and transportation defense; and medical malpractice. Her experience also includes representing creditors in all types of consumer financial services litigation. She is a strong advocate for her clients and applies a cost-effective, strategic approach to all of her cases.
Prior to joining WKD, Lindsay worked as a litigation attorney for a creditor’s rights firm in the New Orleans area. During her time at LSU Law, Lindsay was a member of the ABA National Appellate Advocacy Moot Court Team, served as President of the Phi Alpha Delta Legal Fraternity, and completed a legal externship with the Louisiana Attorney General’s Office. Additionally, Lindsay received the CALI Award for the highest grade in Legal Research and Writing and Matrimonial Regimes. She was also the recipient of the Judge and Mrs. Henry Yelverton Scholarship and the James Kenneth Harrison, Jr. Memorial Scholarship.
